Recent work
A commercial property firm of around 70 people.
They run on Microsoft 365 and had planned a paid Copilot rollout. Before buying, they chose Claude Team for their property management and sales teams, connected to the Microsoft 365 accounts they already had.

FAQ
Questions about Claude for teams.
Pro is a personal plan for one person. Team is for 2 to 150 people and adds more usage, central billing and admin, single sign-on, admin control over connectors and shared Projects. Team also runs under Anthropic’s commercial terms, so your content isn’t used to train its models by default.
Not by default on Team or Enterprise. Anthropic says it doesn’t use inputs or outputs from its business plans to train its models unless you choose to share them, for example by sending feedback. On personal Free, Pro and Max accounts, each person makes that choice in their privacy settings, which is one reason we move teams onto a business plan. We also set simple rules on what’s safe to put in.
Yes. The Microsoft 365 connector lets Claude search Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and it can only see what each person can already see. Your Microsoft administrator approves it once. There are Google Workspace connectors for Gmail, Drive and Calendar too. We switch on only what helps, and work with your IT provider if you have one.
Not necessarily. We usually suggest one main tool, so settings, rules and saved instructions live in one place, but the work decides, not the brand. If you’re still choosing, start with our Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot comparison. We run rollouts on ChatGPT too.
There are two parts. Claude seats are paid to Anthropic: Team standard seats are A$43 a person a month, or A$34 billed annually, including GST (as Anthropic shows them to Australian accounts, checked October 2026). Our setup and training starts from $3,500 + GST, and a full rollout across several teams is quoted like AI Implementation, from $7,500 + GST.
An AI workshop is a half day or full days. A full rollout across your teams usually takes one to three months, so people build the habits on real work with check-ins along the way.
