Questions about implementation.

Do you build it for us?
We build it with your team. You see everything we set up and your people learn how it works, so you’re never stuck depending on us.
Do you write custom software?
No. We work inside the tools you already have, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. If a job really needs custom software, we’ll tell you.
How long does it take?
For smaller teams, usually about a month. For larger teams working across several departments, around three months.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every job has checks built in, and a person stays responsible for anything that goes out. Checks match the risk: a quick look for an internal note, a proper sign-off for anything going to a client. We test on the tricky cases before anyone relies on it, and if a job doesn’t save time once checking is counted, we change it or drop it.
What about our client information?
We set up a company account with the right access and simple rules on what’s safe to put in. Your instructions and templates are saved in your own systems, not one person’s chat history, so nothing is lost if someone leaves or a tool changes. If you have an IT provider, we work alongside them on accounts and security.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs it. If you’d like help keeping it on track and adding new jobs, Ongoing AI Advisor gives you regular check-ins.
