Turn the AI tips you keep hearing
into a plan for your business.
We talk with you and the people doing the work, see where the time goes and rank where AI could help most. You walk away with a clear plan, the right tools and a dollar figure on each step.
- Process map
Where your team’s time goes
- Tool review
What to keep, and which AI tool fits
- Opportunities
Ranked by hours and dollars saved
- The plan
What to do now, and what can wait
Most owners we speak to are somewhere in here.
-
The AI sales pitches don’t stop.
Cold calls, emails and a new AI button on every app. Nobody’s shown you what fits your business. -
A few people use it. Most don’t.
What works stays in one or two heads, and nobody’s sure what’s safe to put in. -
Someone has to check everything it does.
It makes things up and sounds sure of itself, so the time it saved goes on checking. -
You’ve paid for it, and not much changed.
Or you’re about to, and you want to know it’ll pay off before you commit.
The assessment tells you where AI will save your team the most time, what to do first and what isn’t worth paying for.
Two to three weeks, start to finish.
Kickoff with you
What’s working, what gets in the way as you grow, and the numbers behind it.
Time with your team
Short sessions with the people doing the work, on site or by video. We see how work actually gets done and where it gets stuck.
We do the analysis
We compare what we heard with how the work really runs, work out what delays and rework cost, and rank every opportunity.
Findings session
We walk you through the plan, answer your questions and talk about what’s next.
The assessment stands on its own. You keep the plan, whether or not we work together after that.
A plan you can act on, built from your own numbers.
Where the time goes
A map of how work moves through your business, with the time and cost marked where it gets stuck.
Your tools, reviewed
What you already pay for, including the AI add-ons, what’s earning its keep and which AI tool suits your team. We don’t resell any of them.
Opportunities, ranked
Each one scored on hours saved once checking is counted, effort, cost and what’s safe to put in, using your team’s real figures.
A plan in order
What to start now, what to leave alone and what to save for later, with a realistic idea of what each step gets you.
We brought Daniel in for an ops and AI audit, and what stood out most was how he actually worked.
He didn't just take my word for it — he got in front of the team, sat down with the people actually doing the work, and asked where things get stuck… What we've come away with isn't a stack of new software to buy. It's a clear, sequenced plan… That's the part I trust: it feels achievable, not aspirational.
He didn't just take my word for it — he got in front of the team, sat down with the people actually doing the work, and asked where things get stuck. You get a very different picture of a business when you've talked to the person doing the job versus the person who thinks they know how it's done. He was responsive the whole way through, and when our ops lead resigned partway through the engagement, he adjusted on the spot instead of sticking to a plan that no longer made sense.
What we've come away with isn't a stack of new software to buy. It's a clear, sequenced plan — the stuff to fix now, the stuff to leave alone, and the bigger moves to make when we're ready — with a realistic sense of what each one actually gets us. That's the part I trust: it feels achievable, not aspirational. If you want someone who'll actually listen before they tell you what to do, talk to Daniel.
A good first step if you want answers before you spend.
You’re a fit if:
You know AI should help, but you’re not sure where to start
Some of your team use AI and some don’t, and you want one way of doing it
You’d like to know what it’s worth before you pay for tools or training
You can give us a few hours of your team’s time over a couple of weeks
Not a fit if:
You’ve already decided what you want and need custom software built
You’re after a quick score without anyone talking to your team
You want AI to replace your people, not free them up
It’s just you for now, with no team yet

- The price depends on the size of your team and how many people we speak with.
- You get a fixed price before we start, so there are no surprises.
- You keep the plan, whether or not we work together after that.
Questions about the assessment.
How much of our time does it take?
We already use AI, or tried it and not much changed. Is it still worth doing?
We get pitched AI tools all the time. Will you tell us which one to buy?
Do you work on site?
What happens after the assessment?
How is this different from a free AI readiness quiz?
Hi, I’m Daniel.
I spent over ten years in financial services, eight of them advising clients and running operations at the same time. So I know what it’s like when the work clients pay for gets buried under everything around it.
Now I help founders and their teams work out where AI genuinely helps and get it working in everyday work. It’s how I run my own business too, so everything I recommend is something I use myself.
