Give your team more time for the work they’re best at. ChatGPT the whole team uses, set up properly.
Getting ChatGPT for business right means the right ChatGPT Business seats, a secure workspace connected to the tools you already use, and hands-on ChatGPT training on your own emails and documents. We do all of it alongside your team, so they own it.
Sound familiar?
Where most teams are before ChatGPT works for everyone.
A few people pay for Plus themselves.
Their chats and custom GPTs sit in personal accounts. Nobody sees the settings, and the work leaves when they do.
Nobody knows what anyone else has built.
One person has a handy GPT for quotes. The person beside them has never heard of it, so they start from scratch.
Client details feel risky.
On personal plans, chats can help train OpenAI’s models unless each person opts out. So people avoid real work, or quietly take the risk.
The plan options are confusing.
Plus or Business, standard or premium seats. Hard to know what you need before you pay.
Bring everyone into one shared workspace and learn it together, and ChatGPT becomes part of how the team works.

FAQ
Questions about ChatGPT for teams.
Plus is a personal plan for one person. Business is for 2 to 200 people and adds a shared workspace with central billing and admin, single sign-on, usage analytics and spend controls. Custom GPTs and projects are built in the company’s workspace instead of someone’s personal account, and OpenAI doesn’t train on Business workspace data by default. (Business used to be called ChatGPT Team.)
Not by default on Business or Enterprise, OpenAI says. On personal Free, Go, Plus and Pro accounts, each person has to turn off a setting called “Improve the model for everyone”, which is one reason we move teams onto a business plan. We also set simple rules on what’s safe to put in.
Yes. ChatGPT Business connects to Outlook email and calendar, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and it only finds what each person can already access. Your Microsoft administrator approves the permissions once. There are Google Workspace connections and extensions for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets too. We switch on only what helps, and work with your IT provider if you have one.
Each person can move their personal workspace into your Business workspace. Their chats, projects and the custom GPTs they built come across with their instructions and files. It moves everything at once and a few features don’t transfer, so we help people tidy up first and decide whether to move.
Not necessarily. We usually suggest one main tool, so settings, rules and saved instructions live in one place, and we choose it based on the work your team does. If you’re still choosing, start with our Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot comparison. We run Claude for Teams rollouts too.
There are two parts. ChatGPT seats are paid to OpenAI: Business standard seats are A$35 a person a month, or A$28 billed annually, including GST (as OpenAI shows them to Australian accounts, checked October 2026). Our setup and training starts from $3,500 + GST, and a full rollout across several teams is quoted like AI Implementation, from $7,500 + GST.
Each team practises on its own emails, documents and spreadsheets, and the jobs they repeat every week. An AI workshop is a half day or full days. A full rollout across your teams usually takes one to three months, with check-ins while habits settle in.
Who you’ll talk to
Hi, I’m Daniel.
I spent over ten years in financial services, eight of them advising clients and running operations at the same time. So I know what it’s like when the work clients pay for gets buried under everything around it.
Now I help founders and their teams work out where AI helps most and get it working in everyday work. It’s how I run my own business too, so everything I recommend is something I use myself.
