You’re already using AI.
Now get your team there too.
Hands-on workshops where your team practises on their own emails, documents and jobs. They leave set up, with a few uses that already work and simple guidance for afterwards.

Saving what works for next time
Where most teams are before a workshop.
-
You’ve got the hang of it. Your team hasn’t.
You use it most days, but most of the team went back to the old way, and one or two want nothing to do with it. -
The generic training didn’t stick.
Everyone watched the webinar and nothing changed, because none of the examples looked like their job. -
People don’t trust what it gives them.
It made something up once, so now they check everything twice or don’t use it at all. -
Nobody’s sure what’s safe to put in.
So people either steer clear of it or quietly use their own accounts.
People get confident by practising on their own work, with someone in the room to answer the next question.
Pick what your team needs, or combine them.
Team kickoff
One session for everyone. Getting set up, what it’s good at, what’s safe to put in and a few quick wins to try that week, like cutting a long email down to what’s actually being asked.
Hands-on workshops by team
Around 90 minutes with each team, such as sales, operations or admin, working on their own tasks. If the room is mixed, we split beginners from the more confident.
Champion sessions
Extra time with your keenest people, so they can help everyone else and keep it going after we’ve gone.
Set up before the day. Useful from the first session.
Plan it with you
We agree who’s in each group and collect a few real tasks from each team to work on.
Get everyone set up
We check accounts and access beforehand, so nobody spends the session trying to log in.
Run the workshops
Everyone practises on real tasks, on site or online, getting short, clear drafts in their own voice and checking them before anything goes out.
Keep it going
Simple written guidance with the prompts and checks from the day, so people can keep going on their own.
A commercial property firm of around 70 people.
A few people were already using AI in patches. Most of the team weren’t sure where to start. We ran a session for everyone, then hands-on workshops for the property management and sales teams using their own emails and leases.
Within the first month, staff showed or told us about 18 different ways they were using it, from drafting arrears emails to checking documents against a lease.
Client name withheld. Uses were reported by staff, not measured.

Questions about the workshops.
Which AI tool do you train on?
Do we need the assessment first?
Some of my team aren’t keen. Will this just put them off?
How many people can join, and can you run it online?
What do you teach about keeping client information safe?
Can Daniel speak at our event or conference?
Hi, I’m Daniel.
I spent over ten years in financial services, eight of them advising clients and running operations at the same time. So I know what it’s like when the work clients pay for gets buried under everything around it.
Now I help founders and their teams work out where AI genuinely helps and get it working in everyday work. It’s how I run my own business too, so everything I recommend is something I use myself.
