Alpine Advisory AI · AI consulting and training · Melbourne

More time for the work your team does best. Better work for your clients.

We find where AI helps most, set up the right tools and train your team to use them confidently. Less time on repetitive work, and more time to focus on growing the business.

Works with the tools your team already uses. We don’t resell any of them.

What we usually find

Where most businesses are with AI right now.

Tap any that sound like your business.

None of this means AI isn’t worth it. The businesses getting real results usually had someone show them what’s worth doing, set it up properly and get the whole team using it.

What changes

People don’t care about AI. They care about what it gives them.

We start with your business, not the tools. Then we set AI up with your team, so the benefits show up in everyday work.

Time back

The hours that went on drafting, chasing and rebuilding go back to your team.

Better work

Your people start from a strong first draft and spend their time making it better, not starting from scratch.

Better service

Clients get faster replies, clearer follow-ups and fewer things slipping through the cracks.

Room to grow

You and your team get time back for the work you’re best at, including growing the business.

I’m already using AI to take some of the administration and mental load off my plate, giving me more time and headspace for strategic thinking, planning and creative work.

How it works

Start with a clear plan. Then make it stick.

The assessment stands on its own. You keep the plan, whether or not we work together after that.

See all services

  1. Usually two to three weeks

    AI Opportunity Assessment

We talk with you and the people doing the work, see where the time goes and rank where AI could help most. You get a clear plan and the right tools for your team.

  2. Set it up and train your team

We set up the right tools with simple rules on what goes in, then run hands-on workshops using your team’s real work, not generic examples. Rolling out Claude? Claude for Teams covers the plan, setup and training.

  3. Make it part of the day

We build the first few uses with your team, check what’s working and help your keenest people keep it going. Ongoing support is there if you want it.

Who this is for

For founders and business leaders who want AI to actually work for the whole team.

You’re a fit if:

  • You lead a team where you can make changes on the ground, without layers of sign-off
  • Whether nobody’s started or a few people already use it, you want it working properly
  • You’d rather pay for experience than spend six months working it out
  • You want your team to own it, and you’ll give it some of their time

Not a fit if:

  • You want AI mainly to cut headcount
  • You want something built and handed over that nobody has to think about
  • You need custom software or a company-wide program across hundreds of people
  • You’re not ready to set aside any time for it right now

What clients say

Working with Daniel at Alpine Advisory AI has completely changed the way I think about AI in my business.

Before working with him, I felt like I “needed to use AI” because everyone was telling me I should, but I couldn’t see how all the tips and tricks I was hearing about actually applied to my business. Daniel gave me a practical starting point, helping me understand how to identify opportunities for AI, build the right skills and techniques, and then continue refining them over time.

FAQ

The questions you’re actually thinking.

Usually it’s Claude or ChatGPT, and the right one depends on your work, the tools you already pay for and what your clients expect. We’ll recommend the one that fits, set it up properly and tell you if what you already have is enough. We don’t resell software or take commissions.

Who you’ll talk to

Hi, I’m Daniel.

I spent over ten years in financial services, eight of them advising clients and running operations at the same time. So I know what it’s like when the work clients pay for gets buried under everything around it.

Now I help founders and their teams work out where AI helps most and get it working in everyday work. It’s how I run my own business too, so everything I recommend is something I use myself.

Based in Melbourne, consulting and training teams across Australia. Outside work: dad, long-distance runner and Collingwood fanatic. More about Alpine Advisory AI
